CNC Setup Machinist

Job Description:

Marshall Manufacturing is hiring a CNC Setup Machinist to join our growing team. We specialize in tight-tolerance machining using advanced technologies including Swiss machining, micro-Swiss machining, milling, laser cutting, laser welding and CNC bending.

What your responsibilities will be:

Set up, run, and adjust CNC lathe and milling machines Make program edits and perform offsets to maintain precision Troubleshoot setups and optimize production performance Perform tool changes and basic preventative maintenance Inspect parts using micrometers, calipers, gauges, and microscopes Collect SPC data and maintain process control Ensure parts meet strict quality and tolerance requirements

Requirements:

Pay Rate:

$28-$35/hr.

Education:
