Job Title:

CNC Operator Job Description We are seeking a dedicated CNC Operator to join our weekend shift team, where you will work for 36 hours and be paid for 40. This role involves operating both mills and lathes, running multiple machines, and providing assistance in various areas as needed. Responsibilities Operate both mills and lathes efficiently. Run 5-6 machines simultaneously. Willingly assist in all areas of the shop. Read and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and job instructions. Perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments to maintain part accuracy. Inspect finished parts using precision measurement tools such as calipers and micrometers to ensure compliance with quality standards. Essential Skills 2+ years of experience in CNC operating on mills and lathes. Proficiency in reading blueprints and engineering drawings. Ability to perform tool changes, offsets, and adjustments. Experience with precision measurement tools like calipers and micrometers. Additional Skills & Qualifications Experience in the Aerospace industry is preferred. The facility houses around 40-50 machines, with about 30 manual ones. Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of St. Louis Park, MN. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $25.00 - $30.00/hr.
