Join a leading manufacturing team in Saint Paul, MN, as a CNC lathe machinist! This direct hire opportunity is ideal for an experienced machinist who thrives on precision, productivity, and a supportive work environment. Hours:
6 am
  • 3 pm, Monday
  • Friday 3:00 pm
  • 1:00 am, Monday
  • Thursday Benefits of the CNC lathe machinist: Direct hire opportunity Health and dental insurance
  • 100% employer paid for employee Dependent health and dental coverage available (100% employee paid) Vacation Family/medical time: Accrued at 2 hours/month after full-time status Benefits eligibility begins the first of the month following 60 days Job duties of the CNC lathe machinist: Set up and manage CNC lathe machines for tasks such as drilling and grinding Read and interpret blueprints accurately Ensure machines operate in line with company guidelines Conduct tool changes and manage offsets, edits, and inspections Set tolerance levels and determine optimal cut speeds Perform equipment set-up and calibration procedures Apply knowledge of G&M codes Measure part features using calipers, micrometers, and other precision tools Requirements of the CNC lathe machinist: 5+ years of CNC lathe setup experience Strong knowledge of tooling and blueprint reading Pass a pre-employment drug screen and background check Additional information: Apply today!
