Fabrication Mechanic Our growing Laconia, NH client is seeking a Fabrication Mechanic for their team. If you're technically inclined, then consider this full-time, first-shift role! Responsibilities of the Fabrication Mechanic Fabricate rigid and flexible metal tubing Set up and operate various equipment (e.g., abrasive, squaring, deburring, and sizing equipment) Perform visual and dimensional tests to validate conformance to specifications Set up and maintain fixtures and select tooling Plan, lay out, fabricate, assemble, install, and salvage parts from assemblies, and repair assemblies, fixtures, equipment, and products Perform additional tasks as assigned Qualifications of the Fabrication Mechanic High school diploma or

GED, 1-3

months of related experience and/or training, or equivalent combination of education and experience Strong math and computer skills Knowledge of GD&T Ability to read and interpret blueprints and use micrometers and vernier calipers Ability to measure angular dimensions, radii, contours, clearances, thread lead, wall thickness, and other specifications Team player who can work well independently This Fabrication Mechanic position works Monday through Friday from 7:00am-3:30pm.
