Schedule:

Monday-Thursday, scheduled overtime on Fridays Coleys is a climate-controlled facility

Duties and Responsibilities:

Set-up and operate vertical mills, lathes, and surface grinder Measure workpieces for quality assurance and accuracy of machine operation, using gauges, micrometers, or other measuring instruments Able to read blueprints or job orders to customer specifications Experience setting tool offsets Programming experience a plus Working knowledge of machine shop equipment and tools Ability to understand G&M codes Ability to work in a fast-paced team environment Self-motivated and detail oriented Strong organizational skills Ability to multi-task Team player attitude Pre-screen testing is required Able to follow verbal and written instructions. Must be able to self-manage at times throughout the day

Requirements and Qualifications:

High School diploma/GED Preferred 1+ years' experience setting up and operating Manual/CNC lathes, mills
