Role Summary Located in Natrona Heights, PA, our team is looking for a talented CNC Machinist who excels at precision work and machine operation. We prioritize high-quality manufacturing within a creative, cooperative setting and invite you to advance your career by contributing to our innovative production processes. Core Duties Configure and run CNC equipment to manufacture components that meet exact requirements. Analyze technical schematics, CAD designs, and blueprints to guide production. Oversee active machining processes, making necessary tweaks to ensure we consistently meet quality benchmarks. Conduct regular equipment upkeep to help guarantee peak operational efficiency. Work alongside colleagues to identify and fix production-related challenges. Keep precise logs regarding machine configurations and output metrics. Help maintain a safe working environment for the entire team by following all established safety guidelines. Requirements Completion of high school or a GED; a formal machining certification or technical degree is preferred. Demonstrated background working as a CNC Machinist or in a comparable capacity. Skilled in the operation of both CNC lathes and milling machines. Solid grasp of CNC setup procedures and G-code programming. Capable of interpreting complex technical diagrams and blueprints. Strong analytical abilities and a sharp eye for detail to ensure high-quality results. Effective interpersonal skills that allow you to contribute positively to a collaborative team.
