Job Description
IES Systems, Inc seeks CNC Machinist, as well as Manual Machinist, to fabricate parts from various types of material. Manual Machinist must be able to operate Mills and Lathes. CNC Machinist is responsible for setting up VMC, Tooling Jigs, and Fixtures as required, and be able to manually create simple programs as required. Job Responsibilities Must be able to read detail drawings and blueprints CNC Machinist must have working knowledge of G&M Code Set up holding fixtures, cutting tools, attachments, accessories, and materials on machines as necessary to Machine parts as required Must be able to edit machine programs, if required, to modify speeds/feed rates Inspect finished products and debur edges Perform maintenance tasks on machines, as required Ability to talk with engineers, production personnel, or others, to resolve machining or assembly problems Maintain a clean and organized work area and maintain all equipment Experience with
