Experience Requirements 6 months of previous experience as a Machine Operator, Production Associate, Manufacturing Associate, or General Laborer. Experience operating, monitoring, or adjusting manufacturing equipment in a production environment is a plus. Basic experience performing equipment checks and completing production reports preferred. Capable of standing, walking, bending, reaching, and performing repetitive motions throughout the shift. Ability to work safely around production machinery and equipment. Maintain stamina to meet daily production and quality expectations. Job Duties Operate, monitor, and make basic adjustments to production machinery to ensure efficient operation and product output. Perform machine setup, routine equipment checks, and assist with basic troubleshooting and maintenance. Inspect finished products to verify compliance with quality standards and production specifications. Accurately complete production records, equipment logs, and required documentation. Follow all workplace safety policies, manufacturing procedures, and quality control guidelines. Maintain a clean, organized work area and support team members with additional production tasks as needed.
