$15.00/hour + $2/hour shift differential

What You Will Do As a Machine Operator, you will operate, monitor, adjust, and maintain manufacturing equipment to produce high-quality products in accordance with production schedules and established procedures. You will inspect finished products, replenish materials, identify equipment issues, perform routine machine checks, maintain production records, and support safe, efficient manufacturing operations. A Machine Operator supports manufacturing by safely operating production equipment while maintaining product quality, efficiency, and workplace safety. This position combines mechanical ability with dependable work habits to help organizations produce reliable finished products. The Machine Operator requires strong attention to detail, equipment awareness, and the ability to follow production procedures while maintaining consistent quality and productivity.
