Operators are responsible for running production equipment, maintaining quality standards, and supporting a clean and safe manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Operate molding, CNC, and automated production equipment Inspect parts to ensure they meet quality standards Package and handle finished components Follow written work instructions and training procedures Maintain clean and organized work areas Communicate production issues to shift leads and supervisors Support continuous improvement and team goals Requirements Prior manufacturing or production experience preferred Strong attention to detail and quality Ability to follow procedures and instructions Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Ability to stand and work on the production floor for extended periods Willingness to learn and be cross-trained What We Offer Stable full-time employment Competitive hourly pay Training and advancement opportunities Team-oriented work environment Opportunity to grow with a fast-growing manufacturing company
