Moldworx is a precision medical injection molding and tooling company and part of Sunningdale Tech, a global plastics manufacturer with 23 locations worldwide. We design and operate automated molding cells including robotics, vision inspection, UDI traceability, and custom secondary equipment for medical device programs.

Machine Operator Main Duties & Responsibilities Include:

• Perform simple visual check on simple molded components.
• Perform/detect common molding defects (e.g. short molding, sink mark, silver streak, flow line, pin mark, oil mark, flashes, color out, impurities, scratches, drag mark, air bubble).
• Make use of simple tools (pen knife, cutter) to do degrading and rework on molded components.
• Pack completed parts.
• Differentiate, identity and label parts correctly.
• Record count data correctly.

Required Experience & Skills Include:

• No prior training required; we will provide all necessary training.
• Experience as a process tech or molding operator is a plus, but not required. Willingness to learn is required.
• Strong attention to detail and ability to follow instructions accurately.
• Ability to work independently and efficiently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment.
• Willingness to work on weekends as needed and maintain consistent attendance record.
• Must be willing to wear appropriate white room attire; hair nets, beard nets, gloves, etc.
• Able to read and write in English.
