7:00 AM - 3:30

PM, Monday-Friday Compensation:

$22-$25 per hour DOE A Day in the Shop At 7:00 AM, you'll step onto the floor, review prints, and begin machine prep. You'll set tooling, verify offsets, and bring lathes and vertical machines online for the day's runs. As parts come off the machines, you'll measure critical features with gauges and other precision instruments to confirm they meet spec. Throughout the shift, you'll keep operations flowing—adjusting feeds/speeds, swapping tooling as needed, and lending a hand for general shop tasks. By 3:30 PM, you'll button up the work area and record what was completed so the next day starts smoothly.
