Job Overview Proferrin Labs, a division of Colorado Biolabs, Inc., is seeking a detail-oriented and reliable Lead Blending Operator (Working Lead) to join our Production team. This is a hands-on working lead position responsible for operating and maintaining dry-powder blending equipment while helping support and train other blending employees. The Lead Blending Operator helps ensure raw materials are accurately and efficiently blended according to established formulas, production schedules, cGMP requirements, and quality standards. Responsibilities Operate blending machinery and equipment to mix raw materials according to established formulas, batch records, and procedures. Monitor blending processes to ensure consistency and quality of the final product. Accurately measure, weigh, and record raw material quantities and batch information. Complete batch records, logbooks, and other required production documentation accurately and legibly. Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of blending equipment to help ensure optimal performance and prevent contamination. Maintain blending and production areas in an organized, clean, and audit-ready condition. Follow cGMP requirements, safety procedures, and established company policies. Train and support blending employees on blending processes, equipment, documentation, and cGMP requirements. Provide hands-on leadership and guidance to employees while actively participating in daily production activities. Communicate with supervisors, R&D, Quality, and other departments as needed. Collaborate with Quality and Production teams to identify and address production issues or discrepancies. Assist with improvements to blending processes and procedures. Conduct regular inspections of the production area to help ensure compliance with applicable health, safety, quality, and production requirements. Required Qualifications High school diploma or equivalent. At least 1 year of manufacturing or production experience . At least 1 year of experience working in a cGMP environment . Bilingual in English and Spanish . Strong attention to detail and ability to follow precise written and verbal instructions. Basic math skills and ability to accurately measure, calculate, and record quantities. Ability to complete production documentation and batch records accurately and legibly. Good verbal and written communication skills. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Ability to lift at least 50 pounds . Ability to reliably commute to the Jurupa Valley, CA facility. Preferred Qualifications At least 1 year of experience blending dry powders. At least 1 year of leadership, lead, or employee-training experience. Previous experience in the supplement, food, pharmaceutical, or another regulated manufacturing environment. Experience operating multiple types of blending and auxiliary equipment. Pay:
