We are looking for a reliable, experienced, and highly precise Panel Saw Operator to join our custom cabinet shop. This position is ideal for someone who takes pride in accuracy, quality, and safe work practices. Responsibilities Operate a panel saw to accurately cut plywood, MDF, melamine, and other sheet materials. Read and follow blueprints, shop drawings, and cut lists. Measure and verify dimensions to ensure extremely precise cuts. Maintain quality and minimize material waste. Safely handle and move large/heavy sheet goods and cabinet components. Keep equipment and work areas clean and organized. Follow all company safety procedures and production standards. Requirements Panel saw or woodworking experience. Ability to read and understand blueprints and measurements. Excellent attention to detail and ability to work with tight tolerances. Must be able to lift and maneuver heavy materials safely. Must follow all safety rules and properly wear required PPE. Dependable, hardworking, and able to work independently. Cabinet shop or custom millwork experience is a plus.
