Batch Mixer Job Description We are seeking a diligent and motivated Batch Mixer to join our manufacturing team at our Richmond, CA facility. This role involves supporting chemical production and warehouse operations in a dynamic, hands-on manufacturing environment. Responsibilities Load raw materials into mixers Perform batch mixing and packaging of finished products Clean production vessels and equipment Support shipping and receiving activities Operate a sit-down forklift Move materials throughout the facility Assist with general warehouse and production functions Essential Skills Forklift certification Ability to lift 40-50+ lbs consistently throughout the shift Previous experience in manufacturing or production Experience with batch mixing and compounding Strong attendance and reliability Ability to read and follow work instructions and safety procedures Additional Skills & Qualifications Previous manufacturing, chemical production, or industrial experience preferred Experience operating a sit-down forklift Mechanical aptitude and preventative maintenance experience are a plus Experience with shipping, receiving, inventory, or warehouse processes preferred Must be authorized to work in the United States Why Work Here? Job Type & Location This is a Contract to Hire position based out of Richmond, CA. Pay and Benefits The pay range for this position is $21.00 - $24.00/hr. Individual compensation offered for this position within this range will depend on many factors, including qualifications, skills, relevant experience, job knowledge, geographic location, internal equity, and other pertinent job-related factors.
