Hearst Ranch Winery Glass Polisher Hearst Ranch Winery Tasting Room in San Simeon, CA (right on the beach!) is looking for a high energy individual to support our tasting room staff in our San Simeon location. Position Summary HRW is seeking individuals to keep our glassware sparkling and assist with bussing at times. This is a part-time position that will require weekend availability. Duties & Responsibilities Primary duties include washing and polishing glassware in our brand-new server hut as well as bussing tables when needed. This role has minimal guest interaction but is a vital part of the service staff. Tip share offered with additional responsibilities if desired/capable. Additional duties as assigned by Tasting Room Manager Qualifications Ability to multi-task, work in a fast-paced environment and be a team player Must be flexible in working weekends and special events Attention to details and cleanliness is a must Reliable, punctual and communicative Willingness to adhere to safety and cleanliness guidelines. Physical Requirements Must be at least 18 years of age or hold a valid work permit Must be able to lift up to 50 lbs. Position requires adequate fitness level to stand, lift, and bend throughout the shift
