•$25.00 Position Overview

Manufacturing company seeking an experienced Machine Operator to operate and perform basic setups on manual and automated equipment. Must be mechanically inclined, able to read blueprints, and maintain quality standards.

Responsibilities

Read blueprints, work orders, and specifications

Perform machine inspections, basic setups, and trial runs

Operate manufacturing equipment including Denn & Muller, saws, presses, swaging, polishing, draw bench/roto draw, furnaces, HON, heat treat, and straightening equipment

Select and secure tooling, fixtures, and materials

Assemble and trim components to specifications

Inspect finished parts using precision measuring tools

Package and stage completed products

Record production/labor time and support continuous improvement Requirements

2+ years of machine operating experience in a manufacturing environment

High School Diploma/GED

Strong mechanical aptitude and attention to detail

Ability to read blueprints and use micrometers, calipers, bore gauges, and dial indicators

Basic computer skills

Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods

Must meet ITAR requirements

•U.S. Citizen or U.S. Person

Preferred:

Forklift and overhead crane experience/certification; experience with conventional lathes, mills, CNC equipment, and machine program codes. Work Environment

Manufacturing machine shop with noise, machinery, fumes/particles, and elevated temperatures. PPE required.
