Raymond Stand-Up Reach Operator 5:30 AM - 2:00 PM, Monday-Friday Job Summary We are seeking a skilled Raymond Stand-Up & Cherry Picker Forklift Operator to join our dynamic warehouse team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for operating various types of forklifts and material handling equipment to ensure efficient movement of goods within the warehouse. This role requires attention to detail, adherence to safety protocols, and the ability to work collaboratively in a fast-paced environment. Duties Operate forklifts, including clamp trucks and pallet jacks, to transport materials and products throughout the warehouse. Load and unload shipments efficiently while ensuring proper handling of goods. Utilize a Warehouse Management System (WMS) for tracking inventory and managing stock levels. Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, ensuring accuracy in order fulfillment. Perform routine inspections and maintenance on equipment to ensure safe operation. Collaborate with warehouse supervisors to optimize workflow and improve operational efficiency. Maintain a clean and organized work area, adhering to safety standards at all times. Skills Proficiency in operating various forklifts, including clamp trucks and order pickers. RF scanner experience is preferred. Familiarity with warehouse operations, basic math, logistics management. Strong mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting equipment issues. Experience with shipping and receiving processes is highly desirable. Ability to work effectively as part of a team while also being self-motivated. Excellent attention to detail with a focus on accuracy in inventory management. Strong communication skills for effective collaboration with team members and supervisors.
