$18.00 - $30.00 per hour (Based on experience and role)

Requirements:
3+ years of quality inspection experience in a machining, manufacturing, or high-tech production environment preferred Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical specifications Proficiency using microscopes for detailed visual inspections preferred Experience using precision measuring equipment, including CMMs, comparators, height gauges, video measurement systems, and handheld gauges Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality standards Ability to accurately document inspection results and maintain records Educational background in manufacturing, machining, or industrial trades is a plus Strong communication and problem-solving skills
Job Duties:
Use small hand tools to clean up cosmetic issues on parts. Use basic precision measurement tools. Inspect incoming, in-process, and finished products to verify compliance with specifications. Perform visual inspections using microscopes with 10-30X magnification. Utilize precision measuring equipment to verify dimensions and quality standards. Review blueprints, specifications, and inspection requirements. Communicate quality concerns and required adjustments to production personnel. Approve, reject, or return products for rework as needed. Verify completed rework and confirm compliance with specifications. Document inspection results, quality data, and nonconformance information. Support quality management system (QMS) and quality assurance processes. Assist with continuous improvement efforts to maintain product quality. Prepare and operate machines to perform tasks such as drilling, grinding, milling etc . Understand specifications of the task at hand and the desired result by reading blueprints, mechanical drawings etc .
