• $83,000 per year shift: First work hours: 3 PM
• 11:30 PM education: High School Responsibilities Perform mold setups, startups, and process validations; establish decoupled molding parameters (fill, pack, hold, cooling); optimize cycle times to minimize scrap.

Identify and resolve process issues, equipment alarms, and defects (flash, sink, warp, short shots, etc.) to support floor operations. Lead lean initiatives to reduce downtime and scrap; collaborate with Engineering and Maintenance teams on root-cause corrective actions. Maintain accurate setup sheets and process logs per ISO/regulated standards; train floor operators on process safety and quality control.
