First Shift, 7:00 AM- 3:00 PM Are you mechanically inclined, eager to learn, and looking for an opportunity to build a career in machining? We are seeking a CNC/Yang Operator to join our growing manufacturing team. This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to advance into a Machine Setup role. Schedule
Training:
7:00 AM- 3:00 PM
- 2nd
Shift:
3:15 PM- 11:45 PM
- 3rd
Shift:
11:15 PM- 7:30 AM
- Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift during training. What You'll Do
- Learn to operate 3-axis machining equipment.
- Progress toward training on Takamaz equipment.
- Produce quality parts according to specifications and established processes.
- Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
- Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
- Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
- Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
- Develop the skills necessary to eventually become a Machine Setup Person. What We're Looking For
- Great attitude and strong mechanical aptitude.
- Mechanical background with machinery; lathe experience is highly preferred.
- Previous manufacturing or machining experience is a plus.
- Ability to understand and use calipers and micrometers.
- Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
- Ability to follow established processes and instructions.
- Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.
