This is a great opportunity for someone with a strong attitude, mechanical aptitude, and a desire to advance into a Machine Setup role. Schedule

• 11:45 PM
• 3rd

• 7:30 AM
• Must be available to work 1st or 2nd shift during training. What You'll Do
• Learn to operate 3-axis machining equipment.
• Progress toward training on Takamaz equipment.
• Produce quality parts according to specifications and established processes.
• Follow work instructions, procedures, and safety requirements.
• Inspect parts for quality and accuracy.
• Use measuring tools such as calipers and micrometers.
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Develop the skills necessary to eventually become a Machine Setup Person. What We're Looking For
• Great attitude and strong mechanical aptitude.
• Mechanical background with machinery; lathe experience is highly preferred.
• Previous manufacturing or machining experience is a plus.
• Ability to understand and use calipers and micrometers.
• Ability to read blueprints is preferred.
• Strong attention to detail and commitment to producing quality parts.
• Ability to follow established processes and instructions.
• Dependable, safety-minded, and willing to learn.
