Schedule:
2nd Shift (3:30 PM - 2:00 AM, Monday-Thursday) + Weekend OT About the Role PDS Defense, Inc. is seeking a detail-oriented Inspector to support quality inspection of circuit card assemblies in Clearwater, FL. This role is critical in ensuring products meet stringent manufacturing and industry standards, including IPC specifications. Key Responsibilities- Perform visual inspection of solder connections and conformal coating on circuit card assemblies
- Ensure compliance with IPC-A-610 and
IPC-J-STD-001
standards- Interpret engineering drawings, process instructions, inspection checklists, and revision-controlled documents
- Identify and document defects using established criteria
- Utilize measuring tools such as dial indicators, micrometers, and scales
- Communicate quality issues effectively with cross-functional teams
- Maintain accurate inspection records and documentation
