JOB SUMMARY

The packing clerk is responsible for packaging, conditioning, and labelling finished products, complying with Good Manufacturing Practices (GMP) standards, internal procedures, and industry regulations. Their work ensures that medications reach the customer in optimal conditions of safety, quality, and identification. The shift for this role is 2:30pm to 10:30pm. Requirements

DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES

Verify that packaging materials (boxes, blisters, labels, inserts, bottles, etc.) meet established specifications. Ensure proper identification and traceability of each batch using codes and labels. Ensure proper placement of labels, inserts, and secondary packaging. Perform visual quality controls during the packaging process, detecting potential defects. Maintain cleanliness, order, and compliance with safety standards in the work area. Comply with SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures) and regulatory standards. Attention to detail and precision in repetitive tasks. Basic knowledge of GMP standards and industrial hygiene. Ability to work as a team and meet production deadlines. Keep production records up to date and report incidents to the supervisor. Ensure cleanliness and order on the packaging lines according to hygiene and safety standards. Participate in continuous improvement activities in the area.

SKILLS & ABILITIES

Ability to work independently and responsibly. Attention to detail to maintain high packaging standards. Good communication and teamwork skills. Physical ability to perform tasks requires effort and constant movement.

EDUCATION & EXPERIENCE

High School diploma or equivalent (required). Experience in warehouses, shipping, packaging or related is a plus.

PHYSICAL REQUIREMENTS

Fast-paced work environment setting. Involves lifting and moving light to medium-weight boxes and racks. Standing and walking for extended periods of hours.
