This role requires strong attention to detail, mechanical aptitude, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast‑paced manufacturing environment. Key Responsibilities
  • Cable‑processing operations — Operate cable‑cutting, stripping, crimping, and fabrication equipment
  • Production documentation — Record counts, measurements, and completed work accurately
  • Quality inspection — Inspect cables and assemblies for defects and measurement compliance
  • Machine adjustments — Perform basic equipment adjustments and routine checks
  • Safety compliance — Maintain a clean, organized workstation and follow all safety procedures
  • Material handling — Assist with staging, workflow support, and general production needs
  • Team collaboration — Work with supervisors and team members to meet daily production goals Qualifications
  • Experience in industrial, manufacturing, fabrication, or cable assembly preferred
  • Ability to use hand tools, measurement tools, and basic power tools
  • Comfortable working in a fast‑paced production environment
  • Strong attention to detail and commitment to quality
  • Ability to lift up to 50 lbs and stand for extended periods
  • Reliable attendance and strong work ethic Shift & Pay
  • Monday- Friday 6am-2:30 PM
