No experience required - training provided Job Summary We are currently hiring Machine Operators to join our manufacturing team. The ideal candidate is reliable, motivated, safety-conscious, and willing to learn. This position involves operating production machinery, monitoring equipment, and ensuring products meet quality and production standards. Responsibilities Operate and monitor production machinery according to established procedures. Set up and adjust machines as needed for production. Monitor machine performance and production processes. Inspect products to ensure they meet quality standards. Identify and report equipment issues or production problems. Perform basic machine troubleshooting when necessary. Follow all safety procedures, company policies, and production guidelines. Maintain a clean and organized work area. Complete production records and required documentation. Work effectively as part of a team to meet daily production goals. Follow instructions from supervisors and production leads. Requirements No previous machine operator experience required. Willingness to learn and work in a manufacturing environment. Ability to follow written and verbal instructions. Reliable attendance and punctuality. Ability to work independently and as part of a team. Strong attention to detail. Must be comfortable standing and performing repetitive tasks for extended periods. Must follow all workplace safety requirements. Schedule & Pay $21.50/hour Monday-Friday 2nd
