Assembly Worker

Job Description:

As an Assembly Worker at Stingray Airsoft Products, you will be responsible for assembling, inspecting, and preparing airsoft equipment and accessories to meet company quality and performance standards. This role requires attention to detail, consistency, and the ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced production environment.

Key Responsibilities:

Assemble airsoft products, components, and accessories according to company specifications and procedures Inspect parts and finished products to ensure quality control standards are met Operate basic hand tools and assembly equipment safely and effectively Package completed products for shipment or distribution Maintain a clean and organized work area Report any defects, malfunctions, or inconsistencies to supervisors Follow all safety guidelines and company policies

Qualifications:

Previous assembly or manufacturing experience preferred (not required) Strong attention to detail and manual dexterity Ability to follow instructions and work independently or as part of a team Basic mechanical understanding is a plus Ability to stand for extended periods and lift moderate weight
