This hands-on role is critical in operating, monitoring, and maintaining extrusion equipment to ensure consistent product quality and on-time delivery. Why join us? $20 - $25 per hour based on experience Different shifts available Great Benefits Room for Growth 401K Job Details Key Responsibilities Operate and monitor plastic extrusion machines according to established procedures Perform setup and changeovers of extrusion lines, dies, and tooling Inspect and measure extruded products for defects and dimensional accuracy Document production data and quality checks accurately Troubleshoot line issues to minimize downtime Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work environment Follow all safety policies and procedures, including the use of PPE Assist with material handling, packaging, and labeling as needed Communicate clearly with team leads and supervisors

Qualifications Required:

High school diploma or GED Ability to read a tape measure and basic shop math skills Able to lift 50 lbs and stand for 8-12 hours on a concrete floor Willingness to work in a warm, industrial setting with occasional exposure to noise, dust, and moving machinery Reliable attendance and punctuality

Preferred:

Experience operating extrusion or similar manufacturing equipment Mechanical aptitude and troubleshooting ability Forklift experience or certification Basic computer/data entry skills Interested in hearing more?
