JOB DUTIES
It is the responsibility of the Slasher Helper to perform the following duties in accordance with the methods and frequencies prescribed by management. 1. Slasher & helper will work together while doffing full loom beams 2. Patrolling for off quality 3. Creeling 4. Responsible for placing doffed beams in proper rack location in weave room 5. Assist other slashers 6. Perform duties as determined by management 7. Properly operate all machinery related to performance of job 8. Report all unsafe conditions to management immediately 9. Report any defective machinery or equipment to management 10.
