Machine Operator

Job Overview We are seeking a highly motivated and detail-oriented Machine Operator to join our dynamic manufacturing team. In this role, you will be responsible for operating a variety of machinery to produce high-quality products efficiently and safely. Your expertise in mechanical systems, precision measurement, and manufacturing processes and fabrication will ensure optimal machine performance and product consistency. Duties Set up, operate, and monitor machinery such as Forging Presses CNC machines, CNC lathes, Tappign Machines to produce parts according to specifications. Welding fabrication experience a plus Read and interpret work instruction, technical drawings to ensure accurate fabrication and assembly. Utilize precision measuring instruments such as calipers, micrometers, and other quality control tools to verify dimensions and tolerances. Perform routine maintenance, troubleshooting, and adjustments on machinery Handle materials safely using forklifts and other warehouse equipment; assist with materials handling and inventory management within the manufacturing facility. Conduct quality checks throughout production runs to ensure products meet specifications; document findings accurately for continuous improvement. Support fabrication and assembly tasks using hand tools, welding equipment, tooling setups, and fabrication techniques as needed. Maintain a clean and organized work area while adhering to safety protocols at all times. Experience Proven experience working in a manufacturing or factory environment with hands-on machine operation. Mechanical knowledge of various machinery including Forging presses, CNC milling machines, CNC lathes, press brakes, and fabrication tools is a plus Ability to use precision measuring instruments like calipers and micrometers accurately. Experience with materials handling equipment such as forklifts; warehouse experience is a plus. Basic math skills necessary for measurements, calculations, and quality assessments.
