Job Description

Join our team as a Machine Operator and build your skills in a dynamic environment. Machine Operators work in many different production departments, working together to ensure the efficient production of high quality parts.
Your profile:
You're excited to learn and grow in a hands-on role You're interested in working in a high tech manufacturing environment Able to participate in on the job training held on 1st shift for 2 - 3 weeks, but ready to move to an off shift after completing training.
Your tasks:
Meet production goals and maintain high-quality standards Measure and inspect parts for blueprint accuracy using precision tools Communicate key details during daily shift change meetings Prepare and check containers, ensuring correct labels and part counts Adjust machines when needed and record changes as required Keep the workspace safe, clean, and well-organized Take on additional responsibilities as assigned Your schedule: This is not a 1st Shift position. 12
Hour Day Shift:
7:00 AM - 7:00 PM 12
Hour Night Shift:
7:00 PM - 7:00 AM Your benefits: Medical, Dental, & Vision Benefits (employee premiums covered by the company) 401 K with up to 6% company match Short Term and Long Term Disability Paid Vacation PTO 10 Paid Holidays Climate Controlled Facility On-Site Restaurant Performance Based Incentive (paid monthly & valued up to $400) Pay starts at $16/hour during training, with pay increases as you complete training and move to your shift. Haering Precision is a drug free organization. All job offers are dependent on the applicant taking and passing a company paid drug screen and pre-employment eye exam before the start of your employment. During employment, employees may be subject to and their employment is contingent upon successful passing of random drug screens and annual eye exams.
