Summary Machine Operators - experienced or desire to learn - will want to review this opportunity closely. Requirements This position requires adherance to a specific order of tasks - on each order, every time - while staying alert!!! Must be able to accurately count parts that were produced and palletized Ability to read tape measure to the 16th and use digital calipers Manufacturing, construction or other hands on experience Ability to learn to safely and efficiently operate machines /equipment effectively Excellent attention to detail and commitment to quality work. Willingness to learn to operate a sit down liquid propane powered forktruck Must be able to or learn to operate a pendant controlled overhead crane Stand for all or most of shift on a concrete floor Throughout shift, handle or manuever up to 50 lbs. Good attendance
Responsibilities Primary:
Work safely, follow the process, quality check own work, keep the machines producing parts that meet or exceed customer expectations. Operating a CNC Brake Press with a foot pedal control. Accurately measure and quality check own work. Make adjustments and offsets to set up the machine per order specifications Schedules/Shift - Please call for exact information. Night shift begins at 2:30 PM and ends no later than 1 AM. Average 40 to 50 hours weekly.
