The Packaging Operator is responsible for all basic level shipping tasks in the shipping department. They are responsible for processing, packaging and/or palletizing shipments to customers and vendors. Responsibilities include, but are not limited to: Provide support to the packaging areas by processing skid orders, full-length orders, and small package orders. Package small parts boxes Palletize or band panels and operate packaging equipment in all areas of shipping.

Required Qualifications:

High School Diploma or GED. Embodies the 80/20 attitude in all aspects of their work. Prior experience with packing products in a fast-paced environment (retail, service industry, etc.). Can read, write and speak English. Able to stand, twist, bend, stoop, kneel and lift 40 lbs. on a continuous basis for an 10 or 12-hour workday.

Preferred Qualifications:
