We are looking for a Machine Operator to join our team! In this role, you will operate machines that shape large steel coils. No experience is necessary, as we provide on-the-job training. This is a great opportunity to learn a new skill while working in a dynamic manufacturing environment.Key Responsibilities:
Operate machines to shape large steel coils. Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as needed. Maintain quality control and ensure products meet specifications. Perform basic maintenance on equipment as required. Follow safety protocols and work collaboratively with team members. Communicate effectively with supervisors and other team members.Must-Haves:
Willingness to learn and grow in a manufacturing environment. Open to feedback and a willingness to improve your skills. Honesty, integrity, and a strong work ethic. Sense of humor and the ability to work well with others. Ability to make change and do basic math for tasks like measuring and counting. A background in manufacturing is a plus, but not required.Compensation:
