Oversee and manage all aspects of the packaging line by providing quality training to your team and ensuring efficiency of the packaging process.

JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

You create a positive, fun and encouraging environment and provide both positive and constructive feedback. You ensure that high-quality product is packed on a daily basis and that customers receive the correct product. You ensure that all necessary forms and documents, including sanitation checklists, are prepared and accurately completed daily. You do whatever it takes to help the entire packaging room accomplish its production goals and running smoothly and look for ways to improve and/or simplify the process.

TOOLKIT/SKILLS REQUIRED

You are dependable and able to make sound and often difficult decisions. You are an effective communicator and positively interact with the packaging team members. You are observant and attentive to details. You understand how equipment works and are able to train and teach team members. You are a team player and willing to do whatever it takes to get the honey packed.
