Overview Join our dynamic manufacturing team as a Line Loader, where you'll play a vital role in ensuring the smooth and efficient operation of our production line. This energetic position offers the opportunity to work with industrial equipment, support production processes, and contribute to delivering high-quality products. As a key team member, you'll be responsible for loading materials, operating packaging machinery, and maintaining safety standards to keep our operations running seamlessly. Responsibilities Operate and monitor packaging machines to ensure continuous production flow. Load raw materials and finished products using forklifts and pallet jacks, adhering to safety protocols. Troubleshoot mechanical issues with equipment promptly to minimize downtime. Assist in the setup and adjustment of packaging machines according to production requirements. Follow GMP (Good Manufacturing Practices) and safety standards to maintain a clean and safe work environment. Perform basic math calculations for measurements, quantities, and quality checks. Handle materials efficiently, ensuring proper storage and movement using material handling equipment. Experience Prior experience in production or manufacturing environments is preferred. Familiarity with forklift operation, packaging machines, and industrial equipment troubleshooting is highly desirable. Mechanical knowledge or machining experience will be considered an asset. Ability to follow detailed safety protocols, including PPE (Personal Protective Equipment) use and GMP guidelines. Basic math skills for measurements, inventory tracking, and quality control tasks.
