Job Description
Quality Supervisor Position Summary The Quality Supervisor is responsible for ensuring product quality throughout all stages of the manufacturing process. This role supports production by conducting inspections, monitoring manufacturing activities, investigating quality concerns, and maintaining quality documentation to ensure compliance with customer requirements and company standards. Qualifications Associate's degree or higher or a related field. Previous experience in manufacturing quality control. Knowledge of quality inspection methods and manufacturing processes. Proficient in Microsoft Office, including Excel, Word, and Outlook. Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills. Ability to work independently in a fast-paced manufacturing environment. Must be able to work 12 hour shifts and rotate from days to nights Key Responsibilities Perform Incoming Quality Control (IQC), Line Quality Control (LQC), and Outgoing Quality Control (OQC) inspections. Conduct routine process and production patrol inspections to ensure compliance with quality standards. Support daily production operations and provide on-site quality assistance. Coordinate inspection activities and manage quality manpower assignments. Investigate quality defects, identify root causes, and implement corrective actions. Register, maintain, and manage Certificates of Analysis (COA) and other quality documentation. Maintain accurate inspection records and prepare quality reports. Collaborate with Production, Engineering, and other departments to resolve quality issues and improve manufacturing processes. Ensure compliance with customer specifications, company policies, and quality standards. Perform other quality-related duties as assigned. Preferred Qualifications Experience in automotive manufacturing or a related industry. Familiarity with automotive quality systems, including IATF 16949 and
