Job Description

We are looking for dependable Small Parts Inspectors & Sorters to join our electronics assembly team in Franklin, KY. In this role, you will handle delicate battery components and high-tech electronic parts, ensuring every piece meets our quality standards before final assembly.

What You Will Do:

Manual Inspection:

Examine small electronic parts and battery cells for defects, dents, or scratches.

Efficient Sorting:

Organize components by size, code, or quality status to keep the line moving.

Quality Support:

Assist in rework operations and report counts of defective materials to supervisors.

Safety First:

Follow all cleanroom and facility safety protocols.

Qualifications:

Strong attention to detail for spotting microscopic flaws. Excellent manual dexterity for handling delicate parts. Reliable attendance and a strong work ethic. Ability to stand for extended periods and perform repetitive movements

Pay:

$16.00 - $17.00 per hour
