Set Up/ Tear Down Crew Overview:

The Set Up and Tear Down Crew is responsible for carrying out specific event set ups provided by the Events Supervisor and heading up the tear down after an event. They are responsible for making sure that set ups are carried out according to provided instructions in a satisfactory and timely manner. When tearing down after an event, the set up/ tear down crew is responsible for making sure all items are put back in their proper place, are clean when stored, and for maintaining organization in event storage spaces.

Communicate with the assigned Events Coordinator to ensure proper set up Set up for events: Includes, but is not limited to, tables, chairs, bars, linens, place settings, TKC branded table decorations, pipe & drape (when needed), and TKC branded decorations Tear down/strike after an event, includes, but is not limited to: Clean items; wiping down seat covers and storing properly Store all tables, chairs, bars, linens, place settings, TKC branded table decorations, pipe & drape, and TKC branded decorations in proper storage space Ensure proper organization when storing. All storage spaces are clean and free of debris Each venue is left blank and clean in a timely manner Make sure venue(s) are set, clean and ready for event
