1:00 - 9 :30 What's the Job? Assemble parts, components, and products using hand tools, power tools, and production equipment. Follow work instructions, blueprints, and assembly procedures accurately. Inspect products for quality and identify defects or inconsistencies. Maintain production quotas and meet daily performance goals. Package finished products for shipment or storage. What's Needed? No prior experience required; willingness to learn is essential. Ability to follow detailed instructions and blueprints. Strong attention to detail and quality standards. Good organizational skills and ability to keep work areas clean and safe.
