Alpine Bearing is an industrial bearing supplier and distributor, offering products from the industry's leading manufacturers. Whether it's one piece or one thousand, from pairs to quad sets, we have the bearings you need for every application. With over 20,000 SKUs of industrial bearings in stock, we offer the ability to purchase and ship internationally. The Cleanroom Technician is responsible for processing precision bearings in Alpine Bearing's cleanroom environment in accordance with established work instructions and quality standards. This role performs bearing lubrication, relubrication, packaging, and related production processes while maintaining strict cleanliness, quality, and documentation requirements. The Cleanroom Technician is expected to handle precision components with care and help ensure completed work meets Alpine's standards and customer specifications.
Job Responsibilities:
  • Disassemble, relubricate, reassemble, and repackage bearings in accordance with work order requirements.
  • Monitor lubricant and bearing component stock levels and take appropriate measures when inventory is low or depleted.
  • Identify and escalate any errors or issues with cleanroom work orders.
  • Perform visual inspections throughout the process and identify potential product or quality issues.
  • Verify lubricant type, quantity, and other processing requirements before completing work.
  • Accurately complete required cleanroom records, work orders, and traceability documentation.
  • Maintain cleanroom cleanliness and follow established contamination-control / FOD procedures.
  • Perform routine cleaning and basic maintenance of cleanroom equipment and work areas.
Qualifications and Skills:
  • Entry level position.
  • Experience working in cleanroom preferred but not required.
  • Strong attention to detail.
  • Fine dexterity and ability to safely work with small tools and bearings.
  • Comfortable working in a team setting.
  • Able to be seated and work independently for extended periods of time.
Pay:
From $20.00 per hour
