Duties/ Responsibilities:
Attend semi-automatic and manual machines to facilitate machine operation; de-gate and de-flash parts as required; Perform light assembly operations; inspect and package parts/products as required. Understand and comply with work orders. Perform secondary operations on parts, such as drilling, reaming, etc. Practice safe work habits and keep work areas clean. Performs other related duties as assigned.
Required Skills/Abilities:
Mechanical knowledge. Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills. Ability to identify issues and communicate with the supervisor and coworkers.
Education and Experience:
High school diploma or equivalent required. Plastics background preferred, but not required.
Physical Requirements:
Must be physically able to perform job duties such as holding minute parts, able to utilize trimming tools, eye for detail. Prolonged periods on foot/moving/working on equipment. Must be able to push, pull, contort, manual dexterity.
Job Type:
Full-time Pay:
$16.50 - $18.50 per hour
