The Production Machine Operator is responsible for operating production machinery and equipment, performing quality inspections, completing secondary production tasks, and ensuring finished products are properly counted, packaged, labeled, and prepared for shipment. The ideal candidate follows instructions carefully, maintains a clean and safe work environment, and takes pride in producing quality work. Key Responsibilities Operate assigned production machines and equipment safely and efficiently. Follow Item Work Instructions and all verbal and written work instructions. Perform visual inspections using approved first-piece samples and established quality standards. Use hand tools to perform simple, repetitive secondary production operations. Count, pack, seal, label, and stack finished products and boxes. Record production quantities and scrap accurately on Inspection Check Sheets. Properly identify and store work-in-process materials to prevent them from being mixed with finished goods. Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work area in accordance with housekeeping standards. Assist with cleaning and basic upkeep of tools, machinery, and equipment. Follow directions from supervisors and other authorized personnel. Perform all work in accordance with the company's quality management system. Follow all company safety rules, policies, and procedures. Perform other related duties and responsibilities as assigned #
