Monday - Friday | 6:00 AM - 4:00

Full-Time | Temp-to-Perm Savvy Staffing Solutions is hiring an Entry-Level Machine Attendant / Machine Operator for a manufacturing company in Worcester, MA. This is a great opportunity for someone looking to start a career in manufacturing. No machine operating experience is required—training will be provided for motivated candidates with a strong work ethic and a willingness to learn. Responsibilities Assist with operating production machines and equipment Load and unload materials from machines Perform simple visual inspections to ensure product quality Package finished products for shipment Keep the work area clean and organized Follow safety procedures and work instructions Report any machine or product issues to a supervisor Work as part of a team to meet daily production goals Qualifications High school diploma or GED preferred Previous manufacturing or warehouse experience is a plus, but not required Ability to stand for long periods and perform repetitive tasks Able to lift up to 50 lbs. as needed Strong attention to detail and willingness to learn Reliable attendance and dependable transportation
