Job Description

Job Summary We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Packager to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for packaging products in accordance with company standards and regulatory requirements. This role requires a strong understanding of CGMP (Current Good Manufacturing Practices) and FDA regulations, as well as the ability to operate various hand tools and machinery safely. The Packager will work in a warehouse environment, ensure all beer is packaged correctly. Duties Package products according to established guidelines and specifications. Lifting, Moving, Pulling, pushing 35lb+ cases of cans , moving kegs onto and off pallets. Operate hand tools and machinery, including forklifts, to assist in the packaging process. Assemble components as required for product packaging. Ensure compliance with CGMP and FDA regulations throughout the packaging process. Conduct quality checks on packaged products to ensure they meet company standards. Maintain a clean and organized work area to promote safety and efficiency. Collaborate with team members to improve packaging processes and workflows. Troubleshoot basic mechanical issues with packaging equipment as needed. Delivering product to accounts Qualifications Abilities and Skills Must have drivers License Motivated to make a difference in a positive environment Able to kneel, stoop, and work in tight spaces Able to retain confidential company knowledge Able to function in a dynamic, fast-paced work environment Able to learn new skills and follow instructions consistently Able to work with honesty and integrity Able to work independently and in a team setting Able to lift 55lb-85lb Able to lift up 165 lb in a group lift Friendly, professional attitude Thrives in group work situations Excellent time management skills Able to be flexible in both schedule and duties Passionate about craft beverage industry is a plus! Experience with forklifts is advantageous. Attention to detail and commitment to quality assurance in all tasks performed. Must be able to lift and move packages weighing up to 50 pounds. Required Minimum Qualifications Be at least 21 years of age High School Diploma 1-2 years working production in a similar craft beverage industry preferred Join our team as a Packager and contribute to delivering high-quality products while adhering to industry standards!

$15.00 - $16.00 per hour
