Assembly and Labor Associate

Shift/Hours:

Monday - Friday, 7:00 AM - 3:30 PM (Temporary 2-week project)

Pay Rate:

$18.00/hr

This short-term project offers consistent daytime hours, a competitive hourly rate, and a great opportunity to work with your hands while helping a local business scale up.

Job duties:

• Assist in the manual assembly and installation of heavy-duty steel racking systems for tire storage. Unload, move, and stage materials throughout the facility to ensure a smooth workflow. Provide "extra hands" support by holding steel beams and materials in place during the bolting process. Maintain a clean and safe job site by clearing debris and organizing tools at the end of each shift. Follow supervisor instructions closely to ensure racking is built to specific safety and structural standards.

Requirements include:

Ability to perform physical labor, including lifting and carrying up to 50 lbs throughout the day. Comfort using basic hand tools and manual assembly equipment. Strong reliability and the ability to arrive on-site for a sharp 7:00 AM start. Positive, team-oriented attitude with the ability to take direction well.
