Our client is seeking multiple Press Operators in Fraser, MI

GROWTH OPPORTUNITY

- This is a contract to direct role based on performance and attendance after 90 days. This role will offer benefits fully paid for by the company after you are converted as a direct team member your first 60 days.

Shift Days:

Monday-Friday - 1st

Shift Time:

7:00 AM to 3:00 PM Pays $15.00 per hour, With Possible Mandatory Saturdays

•PLUS Perfect Attendance Bonus of $40.00 per Week

OVERTIME

opportunities and separate $40 BONUS CHECK every week based on your attendance.

RESPONSIBILITIES

Evaluates and inspects finished products to verify conformance to customer specifications. Fulfills order requirements. Prior to running production, reviews Operator Display Board for work instructions and Quality Alerts. Produces and assembles sub-assemblies for production lines. Connects various parts and switches. Loads conveyors, stock parts, and handles material as required. Completes all required testing, paperwork, quality records, documents, etc. Corrects application of all internal and external labels when required, including Production, Trimming Flash, Sorting, and Sub-Assembly. Participates in team problem-solving activities. Responsible for following all internal and OSHA required safety procedures. Adherence to all company policies and procedures.

QUALIFICATIONS
Injection Molding Operator:

1 year (Preferred) A high school diploma or equivalent. Good interpersonal and communication skills. Excellent attendance record. Reliable transportation. Ability to work independently as well as in a team. Ability to quickly develop a comprehensive knowledge of products. Must have the drive to assist team members with other tasks as required.
