Job Description

Immediate Opening in St. Joseph, Michigan for Advanced Machine Operators.

Shift:

evenings Monday-Friday 3pm-11pm

Pay:

$20/hr. Set up, operate, and adjust assigned production machines according to work instructions and specifications. Perform routine machine changeovers, calibrations, and basic mechanical adjustments. Trouble shoot, do set up and is good with numbers and math. Monitor machine performance, material flow, and product quality throughout each run.

Maintain required production rates and minimize downtime.

Qualifications:

High school diploma or equivalent (GED). 1-3 years of machine operation experience in a manufacturing, industrial, or production environment. Ability to read and interpret work instructions, safety guidelines, and basic blueprints. Mechanical aptitude and familiarity with tools, gauges, and basic troubleshooting. Ability to stand for long periods and lift up to 50 lbs. Preferred Experience operating multiple machine types or automated systems. Basic computer skills (MES systems, machine interfaces, or production software). Forklift certification or willingness to obtain Machine Set Up experience required. Forklift experience required
