Monday through Friday, 5am to 1:30pm, OR 6am to 2:30pm, OT as necessary

Position Summary:

Seeking an individual with experience in plating processing knowledge. Position consists of racking various sized parts onto racks that are stationed on a bus bar/cart. Requires learning how to suspend and process the parts by using and operating an automatic riding hoist, manual crane hoist, or hand dip using hooks holding the parts into plating baths. Position includes learning how to Perform bath analysis, chemical adds, and tank maintenance. Pre-Plate Surface Finish such as bead blast, polishing and buffing. Maintain high standard of quality through collecting samples of plating baths, performing bath analysis to ensure the bath parameters are in operating range, and recording results. Will learn how to process work orders to daily scheduling provided by the Plating/Paint Supervisor.
