Job Description

Role Overview:
Blown Film Extrusion Operator Work Site Details:
Located in Sparta, MI. You will be assigned to a night shift schedule running from 6PM to 6AM, which requires weekend availability. The rotation follows a two-week cycle, alternating between three-day and four-day work weeks.
Required Background:
To qualify for this position, you need a minimum of one year of hands-on experience operating blown film extrusion machinery. Additionally, you must be comfortable performing your duties within a facility that does not utilize climate control.
Core Competencies:
Demonstrated expertise in plastic extrusion processes. Proven ability to manage blown film extrusion equipment to ensure high-quality production output.
