Rotocast Machine Operator - 3rd Shift Job Description Operate rotocast molding equipment to manufacture custom plastic products and protective cases. This role involves machine operation, quality inspection, material handling, and maintaining a clean and safe work area. Responsibilities Set up and operate rotocast machines. Load materials and prepare molds for production. Monitor machine performance and product quality. Read work orders and follow production instructions. Inspect finished parts and identify defects. Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area. Support team production goals and quality standards. Essential Skills Manufacturing or machine operation experience preferred. Mechanical aptitude and attention to detail. Ability to read work instructions and basic blueprints. Strong problem-solving and teamwork skills. Reliable attendance and ability to work 3rd shift.
